Best tan for legs minimising disasters

Just that really. My arms face and neck ok with sun and Dove tan. But my legs are lily white and i am 52 so I want them lightly tanned and an even colour/tone. I always have tan disasters. I am going to a party next weekend and wearing a dress and wedge sandals yikes.
Years ago I remember buying something called No. 7 waterproof stocking cream which evened your skin tone out and looked like tights/stockings but was cooler and you could still wear sandals.

Sally Hanson leg make up. It’s fabulous.

Skinny Tan products are amazing - really natural and no streaking. They don't have that weird fake tan smell either.

Sally Hansen great. I bought a version from 99p store and its just the same!

Childrenofthesun · 10/06/2018 23:34

Yes to Sally Hansen. It has a really nice finish and you can wash it off if you make a mistake!

Skinny tan is excellent, great colour, no streaks and smells nice too.

Sally hansen! It's basically foundation for legs, I swore by the stuff and use to put it all over.. it's bloody great stuff!

Sally Hansen and Skinny tan thanks. I haven’t seen Sally Hansen but have seen ST in Superdrug and I was bamboozled with all the different products which type does everyone use or prefer?

I use the Skinny Tan and Tone Oil and I'm really fair skinned - you can get it in Superdrug or sometimes good offers online. Their FBook page is helpful too.

I’ve been using the Skinny Tan tinted moisturiser and it’s worked really well. I don’t tan so I wanted something light and natural looking but enough to colour in the glaring blue-white skin I usually live with. Grin

One more thing thinking about holidays is either affected by swimming or wears badly?
I’m thinking Sally Hansen with my dress I will do a trial run beforehand and i’ll Try some SK with sun cream but not sure which product yet during the summer and on holidays as I am 52 and worry about sun damage/skin cancer.
