My blue eyes are now green and my grey hairs are disappearing , I wondered if it was my imagination so I asked DH, he said definitely less but he thought I'd coloured it.

You been taking any supplements. Medication?i think I read somewhere that people who are treated for pernicious anemia can sometimes find grey hair is reversed.

Glaucoma eye drops and certain lash serums can change eye colour?

DH had chocolate brown eyes when I met him many moons ago. He now has heterochromia, with a brown circle round his pupil but the rest of his iris is green. No reason, although he had glaucoma tests for a few years. I suspect it's more common than people realise, I went back through old photos and it had started happening years before I noticed!

Are you taking Iodine? It can apparently change eye color if you take it in higher than average doses. The changes will probably be to do with something new you are ingesting; have you added anything new to your diet?

Have you been on a cleanse? Sometimes flushing toxins from your system can change eye colour slightly

I cleaned up my diet, started taking iron supplements and have noticed my hair has less grey. Eyes are a lighter brown, eyelashes are thicker again

No to supplements. I'm on so many meds I rattle when I walk. I've only started one new one but I'm sure it wasn't in the side effects.

I'm worrying that I'm a host to an alien life form 😂
