Help my skin is a mess

I need help with my skin. I've always had little spots under the skin and now ive got huge open pores as well. I've got a very unflattering mirror in work which horrified me the other day so I've come for help to sort it. At the moment I wash it with simple face wash and use nivea blue moisturiser. I'm not that great at taking my make up off at night. I've got sensitive skin which becomes all sore and itchy if I use anything else.

I have really sensitive skin and I love Pai products.
They do a balancing range for combination/blemish prone skin.
It is pricey but they also do travel sets for £20 so you could try them out before buying full size.

Emma Hardie Moringa Balm cleanser is also really, really good and the muslin gently exfoliates so might help you with unblocking pores but it’s soothing at the same time.

I don’t have loads of suggestions as I’m very limited with the products I can use. My skin is so unpredictable and becomes sore so easily so I stick to what I know doesn’t upset my face!

Leaving make up on at night is really bad for your skin, if nothing else at least wash twice a day.

Have you seen Caroline hirons cleansing cheat sheet?.

Yeah I know it's bad im going to start removing it at night. Face wipes are bad arent they? No I haven't seen that.

Yeah they’re bad!. Look it up, it’s a good no nonsense guide.

My mother doesn’t always remove make up at night, she doesn’t get spots but she has massive open pores.
