Pinky nail splitting down the middle

I file it and cover it with nail strengthener but at the moment it just keeps splitting. Any miracle cure or glue to hold it together long enough for the stronger nail below to grow through?

I have a nail that does that far on one side, doesn't split all the way down though, I file it back when the split appears and that helps
