I have a black Bayswater and need something smaller for daytime use.

Obviously big price difference as the Darley is smaller but I'm wondering which is more 'classic' and timeless.

The first one. They are also very different. Do you realky want a backpack?

I prefer the satchel, by a long way.

The second one is my favourite, but it is ‘trendier’ then the first so might date quicker. The first one is a classic shape and would match more styles and trends (if that makes sense).

I prefer the ruck sake.

Or you could go to a resonable priced shop and get both styles for like 50 quid 😂

Wow - evens! I got the 2nd as it's slightly larger.

But I'm wondering if I should swap it for the first.

I have 2 Bayswaters one large black which I use all the time and a tan Bayswater satchel which I use in summer when black too heavy.

I just wanted something smaller for the daytime in black.

Don't want to make a £700 mistake....

I prefer the Darley. The rucksack is a bit blobby if that makes sense.

I'd have found something similar to both for a fraction oh the price and brought both. The second is cuter but would badge used differently to the first one. And that's crazy money for a small black bag for the sake of a label

My bag is not in the numbers sale which I'm glad about as I'd rather it didn't disappear and look old hat quickly.

I'm not mad about either of them to be honest, but if I had to choose, then the first one. I hate backpacks. They just scream 'hiking German tourist'.
