Glamoriser instant auto curler can anyone answer my questions?

I've got shoulder length, poker straight, fine hair.
It's almost impossible to curl.

I've been looking at the Glamoriser Instant Auto Curler. I've trawled through loads of reviews but people either seem to give it 5 stars or 1 star, which tells me that it works on certain types of hair but not on others.

If you own one does it work on your hair?
If so, what type of hair do you have?
Does it make your own hair curly or wavy?
Do you use styling products with it?
Does your hair get tangled in it?

Thank you Smile

I have one of these ( well it really belongs to my dd but I've acquired it).

It works really well on my hair. My hair is shoulder length, fine with a slight wave. It gives lovely bouncy curls that last all day. It is really easy to use. Just grab a section, press the button to sook it in, wait for the beeps and let go.
It doesn't work quite so well in my dd's thick hair as it takes so long to section into small enough chunks and they tend to drop out with the weight of her hair.

Ah, thank you.
It sounds like it would work on my fine hair then.

Do you put product on your hair first?
