I'm going to a sporting event this weekend, international game at a stadium with a bit of a pub crawl before and after. I need to dress to impress, it will be mostly men but with one impossibly glamorous woman (see other thread) and I don't want to look like the dowdy mum. It will be cool, but not cold and I suspect I'll have to do a fair bit of walking. Any ideas ? I'm 12-24, post baby body. 5'3. Help !

Assuming this isn’t a corporate box type situation well fitting jeans and comfortable shoes you can walk and stand in are your starting point. If you have a Team top that’s appropriate to wear if not something weather appropriate (drapey tee if it’s warm, nice sweater if it isn’t). Take a jacket.

If you want glam get a blowout for your hair and some decent ‘natural’ looking makeup.

I go to a few corporate events like this every year, quite often I'm the only woman. I always stick to skinny jeans, a nice top & a fitted blazer. Layers are your friend as it can be quite cold in a stadium even on a sunny day if you're in the shady side. I normally opt for flat pumps or sandals with a low heel. Something really comfortable as you'll be walking & standing most of the day. Don't take a huge bag as you'll just get fed up of carrying it. I normally take a smart, small cross body bag or a small shoulder bag. I stick to fairly natural make up.

What do you mean by 12-24? Sorry if I'm being daft!

12-14 looks like the 24 was a typo
