Strapless bra help

Can anyone help? I need a decent, supportive strapless bra. I'm a 28DD-E in a Freya Idol. I know the Wonderbra comes recommended but this only starts at a 30.

Has anyone any recommendations? I'll be ordering online.

TIA

I'm a 34e and the best I've found is one from marks and Spenser. It really gives me a great lift and stays in place . It's so good I got all three colours as I had been looking for ages for one that ticked all the boxes. I went into store and an assistant helped me to try on loads and get the best fit.

The Wonderbra one comes up really small in the band (I think it’s the old “add 4 inches” system) so it’s worth a shot.

I don't think M&S do 28 backs, snop. Not in strapless anyway. I've had terrible fitting experience with them in the past.

Lapsed I did wonder was the Wonderbra small fitting. I wonder(!) might I order a 30 or 32 if they are of the 'add 4' category. I suppose order both and see. I hate returns. So that would be a 30dd or a 32D?

I found the cup quite small too, so maybe try a 30 E as well.

Perfect, thanks Lapsed.
Is it comfy? I have an old strapless bra, wrong size now, but even at the right size I was continually hoiking it up.

Yes the wonderbra is tight, I need it a size up. 30 should fit you well. It's very comfy and secure.

Thanks Katharina.
Had a look on Figleaves to order it, and dagnammit, 30E is the only one out of stock. 20% off too! Grrrrr.

I also recommend M&S, I measure a 28 but a 30 fits really well

KatyPeary · 07/06/2018 15:52

M&S would be handy - I could try on. I'm pessimistic about M&S but there's 2 recommendations here so I will try.
