Suddenly spotty aged 40

Help!
I’ve never suffered from bad skin but over the last few days I have turned into a teenager!
What can I do/buy?

This happened to me in my late thirties. I did an exclusion diet and it turned out dairy was the culprit.

You also started a decent skincare routine for real, rather than sporadically.

It really is strange!

I've had this recently too. Mid thirties and never had spots before. All of a sudden my forehead has spots (but not like proper pimples). And my chin. So strange and annoying!!

It could be oestrogen decreasing and testosterone/androgens increasing.

I was lying on the bed using my led mask & my husband said there's a really long hair on your chin. Then he called me captain Birdseye all evening.

It's a good job I have a sense of humour.
