Help my friend find this dress

My friend has asked me to post on her behalf. She tried this dress on in tkmaxx but they didn't have a Large.
She has called any store within a decent distance with no luck and can only find available ones online in America. She needs it in two weeks.
The sheer bottom and burnt orange are must haves.
Please help her :)

Has she got the brand name and design name?

It's by Honey Belle but it didn't have a name on the tag

What's wrong with the one in the pic?

It's a size too small, the back isn't fastened

The only thing I can see even remotely similar is this sheer jumpsuit on eBay.
