Best mascara, approx £10

I've tried quite a few mascaras recently and can't find what I'm looking for! I'd really like something that actually looks like you've got mascara on in one/two coats rather than something that needs about 20!

Budget about £10 ish, quick, simple & effective! Any ideas?

Max Factor Masterpiece Max but all the Max Factor mascaras are good
