I have some small patches of melasma on my face and can't cover it. I've tried Estee Lauder double wear foundation & concealer which does nothing. Any suggestions as to what I could use to cover it?

Could you look at this an see if it would be any good they advertise it for covering a port wine birthmark on the face. This its an australian/nz product not sure where you get it in the UK... maybe available online thinlizzy.com.au/products/flawless-complexion-liquid-foundation

I've got a small patch that's hard to cover too. I found the most convincing thing to disguise it is to use a nude eyeliner pencil (a soft one) and dot it, like reverse freckles I suppose. On my skin doing that looks a lot more natural than using something that block covers it. It's easy to touch up too.
