For second hand designer bags, or have a suggestion of any other sites?

Yes, thoroughly recommend Vestiaire!
You know everything is authentic as everything is checked by experts - so sellers can't lie about condition or authenticity...

You can also pay in 3x interest free instalments on all purchases over £300.

I also recommend naughtipidginsnest and the designer exchange (the latter actually has physical shops if you want to look at things in person.)

Just bought some Tom Ford sunglasses and waiting for them to arrive - smooth process so far..

There was another thread on this, it has a few pitfalls: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/style_and_beauty/2552114-Vestiaire-anyone-used-this-site

Yup - loads.

Bought some really great stuff from there.

Hermes scarfs, Cartier watch, Tiffany jewellery.

All has been as described.

My only top top is to look for items with original packaging where possible.

Especially so with items like jewellery and watches (makers certs where appropriate also).

Yes, these are more expensive than the ones without, but if you ever re-sell you'll get that investment back.

I think it's a great site and I'd always advise you to make an offer before paying full price.
