Face needs tlc

I'm 42, and have done quite well, skin wise on the face. (All other parts of my body has suffered, thanks to age, genes and psoriasis).
However, lately my fave has quite a bumpy, porous and shiny. I've been using hydrochloric wipes (Superdrug and Nip and Fab), to clean my face.
Any ideas what else I can use? Can post a photo later if it helps

Look on Caroline hirons cleansing cheat sheet. I use grape seed oil because it’s light and has antioxidant benefits. Then acid tone with superdrug Glycolic toner in the bottle and my the ordinary serums.

Hydrochloric wipes? Stop that immediately!

Hot face cloths and skin products by Liz Earle. Gentle cleansing wipes first to remove daily grime then a replenishing moisturiser. The hot face cloth treatment is brilliant though!
