Dermaflannel making skin worse!

I've been using the Dermaflannel for a few days now and seem to be breaking out more than ever!
Not sure if it's just a coincidence or whether this is how it works.
Like it gets worse before it gets better? (Please tell me that's what happens!)

Anyone used it and can advise?

I’d stop if it’s breaking you out. I carried on with retin a thinking it was a purge and I needed to ride it out.

It’s taken me ages to get back to normal.
