make up session advice please

I'm getting my make up done for a wedding. I'm getting it done on the morning of the wedding (not my wedding, I'm just a guest). I've never had my make up done before apart from my own wedding twenty something years ago. So my question is - do I bring along pictures of styles I like? If she does my lipstick surely I'll need a lipstick the same to top up throughout the day?

Stila All day liquid lipstick really do stay all day. Buy one for yourself and use that that day.

Ask the makeup about the lipstick before you go. Maybe you'll get a sample or maybe you could take one of your own?

They normally put a little bit of lipstick and a tiny brush in a little disposable case for you to keep throughout the day.
