What is etiquette on going for a facial with a cold?

Should I cancel?
It's not gross but I'm runny of nose and sore of throat. Feels wrong to inflict myself on the beauty therapist. But then again would they rather have the booking / money? It's been sooooo long since I had a facial....

Cancel.

Dance. I had one a couple of weeks ago and there was much nose squeezing and rubbing. Having a cold would be been hideous.

Definitely cancel. I'm always really sensitive around my nose & eyes when I have a cold, why would you want anyone touching your face? Plus, really inconsiderate to pass germs about - the therapist won't be able to work if they catch it.

Fuck.
Ok fair enough.

Have emailed them. Have suggested possibly swapping for a pedi if they are willing. I could wear a hazmat suit.
