Tinted moisturiser for rosacea

Help please!
I’m in my mid thirties and have got increasingly bad rosacea (essentially red inflamed spotty skin all over my cheeks). I don’t wear make up generally but recent photos show that I look really bad :/
My nose is very oily. My forehead is quite dry, as is my chin.
I am very very pasty white.
Help please! I usually use Lancôme hydra zen moisturiser spf 15.
Previous tinted moisturisers have been all the wrong colour as I am so white. I don’t want to wear full foundation really...
Any suggestions?

I know you said not a foundation but I use Clinique redness solutions which works well. A colleague gave me the tip of using some foundation mixed with moisturiser instead of tinted moisturiser. Could that work?

Clinique also do a redness reducing powder (it's yellow) which is quite good.
My rosacea came after my 2nd baby and has stayed Sad so I am still very much experimenting but the good thing about Clinique is you can return the products if you're not happy (I use the redness solutions face wash & moisturiser).
Try following 'Talonted Lex' on Facebook/instagram - she is a rosacea champion and has trialled loads of stuff - good luck

I’ve been using rosex cream from GP and avene anti redness moisturisers since February. It’s made such a difference! My skin is smoother, the redness is gone. :)

I can’t recommend a tinted moisturiser, I use lily loll mineral powder when I do occasionally wear make up.

Laroche-Posay has a whole range of products for people that have rosacea. It is called Rosaliac. I use their CCcream which is a tinted moisturiser with spf30 and I get good results from it.
I don’t know if it’s easily available in the UK (I don’t live there), but you can also order it online or (ask friends or family to) bring it back from holiday in France or Belgium where it is easily available in (para)pharmacies.

I've just ordered la Roche posay so good to hear that it's nice stuff. Fingers crossed it works for me
