Oily hair

I always seem to have very oily/greasy hair which CONSTANTLY looks like it needs washed.

I know it's a viscous circle or trying not to wash it to avoid HAVING to wash it.

Any tips/suggestions?
What shampoos can I use? Anything else?

Watching with interest. It’s my dream to be able to wear my hair out two days in a row without washing.

It's a pain isn't it!

My son uses alberto balsam apple shampoo. It's good but occasionally I have to give it a good scrub with fairy liquid

And yes I KNOW overwashing makes it worse, but he's 15 and suffering with his skin, and greasy hair makes his skin so much worse. His hair has to be kept clean. he too is caught in the must wash it/shouldn't wash it trap.

The green elvive shampoo is great for oily hair, it’s called clay something.

What has really helped me is sea salt spray, I spray it in at the roots as well as lengths and even my fringe lasts til the end of the day with out getting greasy and stringy, which is nothing short of a miracle.

Oh I'll try the clay one!

I've been using Pantene micellar and it worked a treat the first few washes then my hair seemed to become immune to it!

An every day washer here too. My hair is very fine and looks horrendous without a morning wash. Watching thread with interest !

I've been using a sea salt spray, seems to stop the never ending greasiness and actually gives my hair some volume.
