Not a brush, but I use boots exfoliation gloves.
They scrub everything off.
I love them.

I've got a Zen Me body brush and it's really good. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and have definitely seen an improvement in my cellulite.

I use the Elemis one, replace once a year or so, buy from Amazon

I use the Body Shop one. It cost about £8 if I remember correctly.
