Question for those who always wear nail varnish

Do you sometimes not wear varnish to let your nails "breathe" or does it not really matter if you have it on all the time?

I'm rarely without nail polish but I paint mine Sunday mornings so tend to take the old off late Saturday night.

I'm looking forward to my beach holiday because the sea and sand cleans my finger and toenails beautifully, sparkling white.

My nails without polish look awful. Wonder if a ton of salt in water to soak would help.

Your unlikely to get formaldehyde in nail products, I don’t think it’s been routinely used for years.

It’s in apples, bananas, chicken if your trying to avoid it generally.

I think it’s the remover which damages nails rather than the polish itself.

I've worn dark dark burgundy polish on my toes constantly for 20+ years with no ill effects. I don't recognise my feet without it. Blush
