What’s good at Boden at the moment? In particular shorts

I’m about to order the Santorini swimming costume and keep looking at what else they have. I’m a size 12/14, bigger hips and thighs and keep thinking of getting a loose shirt to tuck into shorts but not sure if I would look stupid.

What shorts are good for those with bigger hips/ thighs. The Richmond pockets always catch on my thighs.

I love their shorts-I have a denim pair that are a wee bit longer and the khaki pair with the wee pink spots that are shorter. Love them both, really flattering

What sort of size/ shape are you? Which shorts did you buy?

I just bought a pair of their chino shorts in a 12 with the four inch leg. I love them.

Yes I have the chino shorts like cherries but I have the shorter length. I love them - fantastic fit and great quality.

I ordered the Santorini swimsuit after reading these threads. It’s great. I might try something else now, so watching with interest.

I used n6z4 and got 25% off with free delivery and returns. I might have ordered 4 swimming costumes, 5 pairs of shorts and 2 tops, 80% of which will be returned.

I bought the longer length chino shorts 2 years ago and was really pleased with them. Then last year i ordered 2 more pairs in different colours and they were so much wider in the leg that they looked ridiculous.
I do have skinny legs compared to my upper half but i was so disappointed. I thought i had found my holy grail as i find bottoms are quite hard to fit properly. Though for quality the ones ive been wearing for 2 years still look great

Update! I’m keeping the chino shorts in a navy 14 4”. They are a tiny bit loose on the waist but a 12 would be too tight on my thighs. Overall great shorts though.

The Amalfi cossie is dreadful on my boobs (32F) and I’m not entirely convinced by the Santorini one either.

I bought a 12 in a Breton with a colour contrast neck but it is much bigger than my other Bretons in a 12, and the neck is slightly higher. I’m not even going to bother getting the next size down.
