Treating slight colouration

If colouration is a word!

My chin and the t-zone bit of my forehead seem to my eye to have a red/purple tint to them. It’s not rosea but they are a different color to the rest of my face which is pale and freckled.

Is there something I can use to even my skin tone?

I don’t wear make-up. In an average week I use:
Daily: milcellar water/face ‘soap’, moisturiser and 50 spf
X2/3 a week: glycolic acid
X1 week: charcole mask

Any tips?

Post pic OP but of course, a dermatologist should be able to sort it out.

And I think the word is discolouration. So skin discolouration.

This is the best photo I could manage and not helped by the massive spot!
