Facial Cleanser recommendations that doesn't involve water

I'm trying to find a good reasonably priced facial cleanser to use on my face for a couple of weeks that doesn't involve washing off with water as I need to keep water out of my eyes for the next few weeks. Any recommendations please?

Micellar water and cotton pads?

Maybe a facial oil/balm with a hot wet flannel to remove?? Or would that still not be suitable with water near eyes?
Favourite is Super Facialist Vit C (Boots) really great for removing make up and making skin look nice and healthy.

Thanks so much for the recommendations. I'll look into them. The Micellar Water and cotton wool sounds like a good temporary idea.
