How can I tone up my arms

Saw a photo of them yesterday and they're hideous. I'm dieting anyway and have lost 16lbs so far but my arms look out of proportion, what can I do that will make a difference to their shape quickly?

I am disabled and can't get to a gym and couldn't do most videos like Davina's, but I do yoga stretches, easy squats, and stomach exercises at home.

Grab a couple of tins from the cupboard, stand or sit with hips and shoulders square to the front and raise tins with a straight arm to shoulder height in front for 20 and to the side for 20 and to the back as high as you can go and pulse for 20. Repeat! Also lift with bent elbows to the front 20 times one arm at a time. If you feel any pain beyond ‘my muscles are working and this hurts’ stop immediately and if in doubt see if your gp can prescribe a pt session as you are disabled. Good luck!

Yoga really tones up arms.

Yoga is fab for toning all over, but especially arms.

Yoga and swimming front crawl are both fantastic for arms. But you need to have a healthy BMI to see the muscles.
