Are these short shorts too short?

I’m almost 36. Are they too short? Too unflattering? Bought them a couple of years ago now. Should I bin or give to my 6 year old niece??

Odd cut but I like it. There is certainly nothing there that would make me look twice beyond the unusual cut. I say go for it. They look 100% fine.
