Must be black and ideally a felt tip or liquid one as I seem to destroy pencils (unless there is a better way to sharpen them?). Budget no more than £25 ideally. Thank you!!

Soap & Glory in Boots do a really good black liquid liner pen. It's called Supercat and currently on offer for £6.50.

Kat Von D is the best I've ever used, so easy to apply thick or thin and stays even on my oily hooded lids all day. £13 I think

Google Kat Von D tart

twosecs · 27/05/2018 22:25

That was meant to say "tattoo review car crash" not tart!!

This is what I meant

The B. Superdrug double-ended felt tip one

Lifeaback · 27/05/2018 22:28

L’Oréal perfect slim! Been using it for years and still adore it

peachypetite · 27/05/2018 22:31

Super cat by soap and glory. So easy to use and doesn't dry up. It's cheap too.

winterisstillcoming · 27/05/2018 22:33

I've been using Rimmel exaggerate for 20 years.

BarryTheKestrel · 27/05/2018 22:33

If you are open to a pencil, avon glimmerstick is great as it's a twisty one so no need to sharpen etc.

Otherwise either soap and glory supercat or No7 liquid liner.

Jozxyqk · 27/05/2018 22:39

I like the Illamasqua slick stick pencil. It's a twist-up. Nicely creamy, goes on easily, Quite a good colour & tiny bit metallic. Only 2 colours though.

whatwouldnigellado · 27/05/2018 22:40

Seventeens "tattoo me". Cheap, very black and doesn't budge at all. Only liquid eyeliner I use now and I've been doing it 20 years!

MummytoCSJH · 27/05/2018 22:41

Seconding Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner. It's by far the best eyeliner I've ever used.

Bojangles33 · 27/05/2018 22:42

Second Rimmel exaggerate. The Kat Von D one is also good but I find it can smudge a bit. Exaggerate one doesn't budge.

RavenLG · 27/05/2018 22:43

Another one for Kat Von D it's brilliant. And cruelty free!

Fighternotalover · 27/05/2018 22:47

@whatwouldnigellado i think seventeen is being discontinued so you may want to stock up!

jemimafuddleduck · 27/05/2018 22:49

Kat Von D!! I can't apply eyeliner properly, it's always perfect on one eye and shit on the other. This one actually makes it look like I've got skills! The brown one isn't very good at lasting but the black doesn't budge at all!

buckeejit · 27/05/2018 23:05

Kiko eyelinersare great-the smart one is v soft & £5.90 I think. That & Bobbi Brown (I use both on the waterline), are great.

I also have gel liner but more of a faff imo

RedPandaMama · 27/05/2018 23:11

Soap and Glory Supercat is effing fantastic. Been using it for years. I wear eyeliner probably 5 days out of 7 and have been doing for about 6 years, only have to re-buy every 9 months or so. Works out as costing me about 75p a month. Great stuff!

MissTulipan · 28/05/2018 00:25

Love Soap and Glory Super Cat (as above) it’s great, and a felt tip

RavenLG · 28/05/2018 00:26

Oh rimmel exaggerate used to be my go to, not sure if they’re changed it but it flakes off like a bitch now. Shame as I love the colour / applicator

Polkadot1974 · 28/05/2018 09:23

Seems like some clear winners there. I’m a recent convert but both my ones aren’t available now so I’m happily off to shop for these!
