Help finding a dress

Hi.
Anyone know where I'd get a dress like this? Love the shape of it but maybe with a few flowers or a bit of colour. This one is on an American website.
Anyone ever shop on Rosewe?

I have never shopped on it but looked up the reviews for it once, they were not good and the good ones were clearly fake. Sorry not sure where you would get a draw like that though. Trust pilot it first before you order though.
