Skin on chest a mess!

Combination of sleeping on side and years in hot country whilst not being disciplined with suncream means i now have those vertical lines on my chest, fine crepey skin there - well before my time!
Any solutions pf any kind?

I know it sounds crazy, but I sleep with a pair of balled up knee socks in my cleavage in my sleep bra.

My DH thinks it’s terribly sexy (not) but it stops the lines from forming, as it sort of separates my boobs when lying on my side.

But thats prevention what about repairing it?

try a strong retinol and a super high SPF perhaps.

I don’t think you can do that much to reverse the damage done but to prevent further damage I think you need to treat your chest the same as your face so if you don’t already, start sleeping on your back using a wedge pillow, use a retinol (or prescription strength retinoid), hyaluronic acid serum and spf daily even in the winter. So everything you should be using for an anti ageing regime, take down to your chest area. See Caroline Hirons’ website and cheat sheets for more detailed information.
I think you can get filler in your chest area although I’ve never had this done myself (only had it in my cheeks and nose to mouth lines). It’s pricey but it works to fill the lines instantly.

Ipl would help with the aging due to sun exposure.
