Ways to improve myself in 7 weeks

peonyandrose · 25/05/2018 22:44

Get married in 7 weeks so am trying to drink 2+ litres of water a day plus other liquids like kefir etc.
What else can I do to make myself look good and maybe lose a few extra pounds?

rubbing off weight with a towel is the ultimate in sucker bait. The weight bit was tongue in cheek but do not knock the Korean towel til you've tried it. Unbelievably good.
To think I could be living without KITs in my life is now unthinkable.

Can someone link me their fave Korean towels on amazon

F as I have 17 weeks until my wedding!

Mooey89 get KITing and low carbing - you'll be looking better than Meghan on her wedding day.

Mooey89 · 27/05/2018 12:29

Already have the Korean cloths, I’m vegetarian so find low carb so hard! Currently gym 3-4 times a week increasing to 4-5 and water water water water

Honestly, keto diet. I sleep better my skin glows my eyes are brighter, my mood and energy. Im a new person because of it and i saw the benefits from the second day. My gut is happy i very quickly could wear smaller clothes as it made the bloat disappear.

Mooey89 you sound wedding-ready already! Do you use retinol? The Murad one is brilliant. I hated The Ordinary but then again I have roseacea so am not best to judge.

Mooey89 · 27/05/2018 15:29

Haha! Not quite yet!! I was very depressed for a long time and made the decision after I got engaged that I would overhaul my whole wellbeing and life so have been losing weight and exercising and all that comes with it!

I have recently started using retinol! I use the ordinary and I really like it but I only use the 0.5 and only 1-2 per week otherwise my skin gets really sore

Have a look around for the “princessing” threads- started for getting wedding ready for Wills and Kate I think! Lots of pampering and beauty ideas.
