Please help me find some decent summer tops

I am really struggling with finding some nice reasonably priced summer tops (ie £25 and below). I am trying to avoid-
Polyester
Viscose
Boxy shapes (I need something fitted)
Plain vest tops (they make me look like I’m wearing underwear)
High neck lines.

I want bright colours/ navy/ grey/ white (browns, pastels etc make me look blah). I want more natural fibres so I don’t sweat. I want something more fitted. I’m at my wits end. I’m a 12 on top if that matters.

Please help me! TIA

I'm also a 12 and I'm planning on getting a couple of long tops from White Stuff e.g. www.whitestuff.com/womens/tunics-and-kaftans/reflective-green-print-costa-sunshine-jersey-tunic/

Fits all your criteria except being under £25 I'm afraid.

ForSaleChesterDraws · 24/05/2018 16:16

I should have added that I don’t want a tunic though! Thank you though!

Ah, I basically only wear tunics!

I've been looking and am struggling to find anything I like. For work, I find Boden Ravellos quite light/comfortable.

maymai · 24/05/2018 19:10

Have a look on woolovers website, lovely linen tops, generous sizes too.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 24/05/2018 19:10

Not seen irl but this t shirt looks quite nice.

ForSaleChesterDraws · 24/05/2018 21:23

Remus- I like ravellos, but they are £50 each! Whenever they are on sale they never have decent colours in my size.

I only have a couple and would definitely not pay full price. They are lovely to wear though.

Have you looked at Espirit ForSaleChesterDraws ?

thedevilinablackdress · 25/05/2018 21:51

I go eBay / charity shops for nice linen/cotton. Not much out there these days in decent quality material for

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 25/05/2018 23:07

Lidl are selling some linen/cotton mix clothes this Sunday, might be worth a look?

40isnew50 · 26/05/2018 00:09

New Look, Next and Matalan have some lovely summer tops in as do River Island. I normally look online then go to the shop to try them on.

Boohoo are good too but I find their sizing a bit hit or miss!

Misty9 · 26/05/2018 00:10

I bought this and it looks better on imo. It's also gold foil but looks silver in those pics. Nice fitted but relaxed style, 100% cotton and only just over your budget :)

Bouledeneige · 26/05/2018 00:16

French connection have some nice stuff at the moment. I got some nice big shirts there but also there are some pretty short sleeve or halter tops.

I'd also check out Zara and Mango.

Victoria1083 · 26/05/2018 00:32

Just bought a couple of these with the recent 25% sale - love them - soft, fitted, versatile

Tk maxx is worth a rummage. Plenty of linen in at the moment.

Kettlewell for plains in a variety of styles and colours.

Fitted tops are really hard to find at the moment, I feel your frustration.

AWholeLottaRosie · 26/05/2018 09:14

I have the same top that Misty has linked to and it feels really nice on, the fabric is so soft.
I used to shop at White Stuff a lot but felt they'd lost their way a bit the last few years, went in on a whim the other day and liked loads of stuff. They are a bit dearer than your budget but you could wait for a discount day/ code.
