Is this Blue ok for Cool Toned?

It's described as "dark electric blue"

Anyone?

I think I am cool and that jacket would make me look awful really pale, like I had spent my whole life in a damp cave.

But I do get really confused with tones!

It should work fine for Cools - not keen on the brass zips though
