Best waterproof/smudgeproof eyeliner pencil?

I bought a Bobbi Brown one, which turned out to be one that needed sharpening ( but wouldn't sharpen properly) and think I'd prefer a retractable one.
I used to use a l'oreall one which seems to have been discontinued, and the Infallible liner which has replaced it has the same sharpening issue, and also tends to smudge in the heat.
Any suggestions?

Following with interest. I've never found one that doesn't disappear or smudge on the waterline. Even waterproof ones
