Shorts for under dresses

This is neither a stylish or beautiful request!

I'm pregnant and have bought a load of maxi dresses to wear in the heat. However, my newly expanded shape has led me to an issue I've not encounter before - chub rub!

I've tried talc, Glide stick, Vaseline. Not working.

So I'm looking for some maternity shorts that are like cycling shorts. Leggings are too hot.

Any ideas?

These are amazing. Not maternity but the smallest size fitted me throughout pregnancy (size 10-12 normally)
