The chief exec has been on the Beeb today. He's putting on a brave face, but is saying that the only clothes they sell profitably are underwear, jeans and children's clothes. Then he starts banging on about 'improving shopper experience'
He did mention that a new collection uses more natural fibres (good), but was utterly silent on weird design, inconsistent sizing, poor stock levels (when I'm in a shop I want to buy something, not make an online order)
