Help me accessorise this dress please

I've bought this dress to wear to a wedding in the summer. Advice needed please on colour of bag, shoes and fascinator/hat as well as style.

I like the idea of pale blue strappy heels, a simple raffia clutch and I don’t think you need a fascinator but, if you do, then something like this.

Second the pale blue suggestion, or if the green is quite pale you could try minty green accessories.

Add a ribbon and proper hat
