Karen Millen sizing?

Is it on the small side? I have a wedding to go to but I've gained a lot of weight so I think I'll have a problem fitting into the dress I've seen if the sizing is tiny.

I've always had to go a size up. Apple shape with tummy and larger bust but skinny from pelvis down. Even at my skinniest I was still a 12 in their dresses.

Thank you. Back to the drawing board then. I just want a blue dress but it's so difficult to find one that's not bright blue.
