Skirts? I'm sure everyone knows what I mean, but basically shorts with a skirt bit attached. I used to have a pair, and while they seemed a bit superfluous - what with being two garments in one, I wore them until they fell apart. I would really like to get another pair, but haven't seen any in the shops, possibly because they are so dated. But no-one can tell, they look like a short skirt but feel more secure and less pants flashing.
