Cover-up for this dress?

I have a ball coming up and have this dress for it, however the short sleeves are making me a bit paranoid. I'm a little self-conscious about the top of my arms in pictures etc so just wondering what kind of coverup would look nice with this dress? I was thinking maybe a black big scarf/shawl thing I can wrap round my shoulders but not sure where I can find one of these cheap (I've spent a lot on hair and makeup and travel on the day). If not a shawl, any other ideas? Thanks for any help!

Beautiful dress, how about a light lace bolero like this

It's lovely, how about a lightweight pashmina. Try ukpashmina or scarfshop, all under 25 pounds It can get a bit chilly at night if you go outside.

@Katescurios thanks! Oh I love that bolero! The top of the dress is lace also, would that look odd with lace on top of lace?

Can't seem to do a link, but type in Green shrug on amazon uk and some nice very inexpensive ones pop up.

How about a little marabou feather one?

I'm a comfort dressed rather than a stylish one, so I would pick bolero over shawl just because the few times I've worn a shawl I've found them a faff to keep in place, needing constant reshuffling.
