Suncream for a spotty back?

Every time I use suncream on my back I get spots 😕
It doesn't seem to matter which [high street] brand I use as it always happens.

Is there a great suncream that won't bring me out in spots?

I think Alturist suncream is great. I bought it for my face, but as it's so reasonably priced, I use it on my body as well now. No spotty chest this year!
