What do you think of this? I've got it and it is very flattering, although in black.

I like it! Looks good with heels too!

Mouseville65 · 20/05/2018 22:02

It looks great! I would wear it with heals just not those ones. Maybe a wedge type heal :)

ZenNudist · 20/05/2018 22:08

@Jonbb black is a nono for me. Plus being on the stumpy side i have stayed away from wide leg

Love the Hush one! A bit more upmarket if you know what I mean.

rightknockered · 20/05/2018 22:17

I like it. It does look a bit like pyjamas, but you can tell it's not, it's just casual and comfortable looking. I would wear it with trainers .

rightknockered · 20/05/2018 22:18

I have that Hush one, in khaki and the fabric is very thin, it's very slouchy. But possibly because it is too big for me.

seventh · 20/05/2018 22:19

Don't like the jumpsuit but you look very good in it

ZenNudist · 20/05/2018 22:31

@rightknockered. Thanks for the feedback. Save me buying something then taking it back.

@Seventh. Thanks. Thats just the kind of comment to add clarity to my muddled thinking 😂

Its hung back up in my wardrobe... for now... going to think on it some more. I wouldn't wear it to the park until it had had some special uses. But taking dc to lovely family concert next week. So that could be a good time to wear it.

Am still hunting for a good evening jumpsuit. Also I keep seeing the wideleg midi crop ones on other people and thinking how nice.

For an evening jumpsuit go for something in a heavier fabric, and with a little more structure if you can find it and you can try adding a nice belt. The short culottes ones are nice but by winter time the fashion will probably be over.

I have the Hush one and its fab either for dressing up or down.

SayImADreamer · 21/05/2018 14:25

Dont like it. PJs

HildaZelda · 21/05/2018 17:06

I don't like it I'm afraid. I think it seems too big on you.

boomboom12 · 21/05/2018 19:06

I like it but ideally not with those shoes.

LadyOfTheCanyon · 21/05/2018 21:28

I'm another one that thought it looked likes PJs. Sorry. It's the print - it's a bit meh.

I think a plain one is easier to dress up or down with accessories - I think jumpsuits need heels to be honest, otherwise it's too. easy to look like you're a Checkatrade plumber out on a job.

rightknockered · 21/05/2018 22:11

I'm confused what occasion you want the jumpsuit for. Is it for nights out, or to wear casually? I have a ditsy floral jumpsuit that with heels I could wear to a wedding, with trainers can wear for the school run/ weekend/ supermarket/pub/lunch with friends etc. depending on which jacket I pair with it. I also have a khaki linen one that I only wear casually, because it creases in the way linen does, but not like a rag. The Hush one, I bought when I was postpartum, and although it is too big for me, it's ok just for lounging around and wearing at weekends.
The main problem with the Hush one for me is the trouser shape, I prefer cropped culotte shapes, they suit my inverted triangle body better.
I think you'd look better in a more structured shape with a flared leg, and if you're going to wear a heel buy a jumpsuit with the trouser leg coming over the shoe such that only the pointy toe is poking out. i don't think the rolled up leg on that particular jumpsuit is very flattering.

rightknockered · 21/05/2018 22:17

this is my new floral one that I love and can't stop wearing. It's not to everyone's taste but the shape and colours suit me. I also have a linen one similar to this but with a more cropped flared leg, which can look like a boiler suit but I like with white trainers.
