What do you use to fake tan?

Just wondered what everyone uses to apply fake tan? I normally hate using false tan, but since I'm pg I obviously can't use the sunbeds....im not here to get a lecture about how bad sunbeds are, I'm very aware of that!!! I'm using St. Tropez classic tan lotion....(not at all worth the £30 I forked out for it IMHO) and have been using a mitt, but just find the mitt useless, it just makes the tan clump up in areas and sloughs off if i try to go over it....everyone raves about the mitts...what am I doing wrong?! I've gone back to using latex free gloves which I find so much better....but I really want to use this mitt as it's supposed to be so good! Xxx

I use St Tropez too and find the best thing it to make sure all my previous tan is removed before applying more. I use the Bondi Sands fake tan eraser and get a much more even tan now. It's a foam that you apply to dry skin, wait for 5 minutes then you shower it off and give your skin a scrub - they recommend exfoliating gloves but would imagine body scrub would work just as well.

I like the B Tan mitt. Not sure if you can get it in the UK. It had a thumb so helps it not to slip off.
I put a few pumps on the middle of the pump & open & close my fingers to disperse the foam in the mitt. I start with my legs working upwards with long sweeping movements. Mine Tan the green Original foam also gives a nice colour & fades evenly.

I use the St Tropez in shower gradual tanner. It's very easy to use and fairly foolproof

I use the L'Oréal Dry Mist! Sprays on like a deodorant, dries in about 1 minute gives great even coverage!
