What can I do about my skin tone?

I have really red cheeks and across my nose, is there anything I can do to even my skin out? I don’t wear any make up and am a complete novice but it’s starting to get me down.

Sorry..bumped phone... rosacea?
You could always use a green based tinted moisturiser if you are not a fan of actual make up? It just takes the tone down without being too heavy

Also looks like rosacea to me. I'd see a dermatologist if you can for proper diagnosis. If they do diagnose it then you'll probably be advised/prescribed something like finacea www.theindependentpharmacy.co.uk/rosacea/finacea-gel . You can also look at the LRP treatment range which is available in most big Boots www.laroche-posay.co.uk/face/range/rosaliac . Hope it clears up soon!

If it’s rosacea the ordinary do azeliac acid which is great for that

I would look into hydrating (no cleansing or exfoliating) toners as your skin looks like it needs some hydration. I like this one and this one.

It should help your skin tone as it will help to balance and even your skin tone, as a result of improved hydration.

La Roche Posay and Avène also do ranges for rosacea which you could look at. Avoid products with fragrance, plant or essential oils.

Thank you everyone, dont have much spare cash so will look at the Ordinary azeliac acid first to see if that helps. I also got an anti wrinkle cream from Aldi this morning to try and beat the haggardness!

It’s worst when I’m just out of the shower as I was in that picture from this morning then it seems to calm down

Looks like rosacea to me too (I have/had it). A prescription of rosex along with avoiding my triggers and switching to avene products cleared it up for me. Good luck.
