I'm trying to find a necklace as a present from DH for my 40th birthday. Budget is £500ish. I wear yellow gold & don't like big pieces but prefer things a little more delicate. Like a little sparkle but again nothing ott
I can't find anything I like, tbh I'm not sure where to look & limited local options. Any recommendations for online?

Ask on your local FB or similar for recommendations, ask local friends where they got their wedding rings, etc.?

I found this company online, haven't ordered anything yet but love this: www.londonroadjewellery.com/product/modern-yellow-gold-diamond-triangle-geo-pendant/

Local auction house? Seriously, £500 will go a lot further there than if you go to a new jewellery shop!

Thanks all for the suggestions.

Colgau are lovely just not my style, similarly the London Road link. I've looked at a local Vintage/2nd hand jewelry place but again nothing that's my style so think I need a bit more modern & streamlined. Haven't thought of auctions which I guess could have any type stock, will see what there are locally as I've only seen furniture ones advertised.

Not sure if you’d get gold in your price range but Georg Jensen is amazing for understated timeless chic. Danish style. Also for more cutting edge look at Shaun Leane.

You'd be best going and having a look in independent jewellers stores and workshops.

£500 is a decent amount for some delicate jewellery.

I can recommend some independent workshops in Glasgow but not aware of much further afield.
