Anyone bought from them? I get their ads popping up a lot so I've caved and filled a basket with gorgeous things. Returns policy seems reasonable so I'm trying to decide if I should kill my credit limit take a punt?

I have a necklace from them which I absolutely love.

Order arrived is definitely a plus point

They're brilliant. Service is excellent, beautiful packaging, lots of fun and original designers etc. They reply promptly to emails and post items out quickly (though times can vary when items are coming straight from the designer). I think they use DHL for free delivery and returns, so no faffing at the PO.

I have my eye on their Frida Kahlo skirt. I kind of hoped this thread would be full of 'don't buy from them, they're rubbish' messages, so I could put it out of my mind.

Dammit.

I bought once from them, the delivery service wasn't great but it's not their fault. The quality of what I bought was not good at all, but again maybe not their fault. The staff were extremely nice and helpful though.

I decided to go for it. Their about us sucked me in and I bought into it. Three of the items are wholly unsuitable for someone who doesn't attend wedding/ascot/Palace garden parties on a monthly basis, but they are gorgeous I'm hoping the boyfriend chinos will be practical enough to keep.
