Wedding guest dress

Please help me find a dress for a wedding in 4 weeks time. I was hoping to loose enough weight to remove my belly but its stubbornly not shifted. I'm a size 16 and 5ft8. Pear shaped with a belly which is enhanced by my lack of boobs. I like a dress to the knee or below. Empire line or baggy top normally helps balance me out but baggy top but i also like a less fitted skirt which is a difficult combo to find! I've looked at Hobbs, phase8, whistles, monsoon and cannot find anything suitable. Please help.

Cos have good shapes for you. But you'd need to go to one and try on lots, as they don't look like the website. (Website styling is awful, but the clothes are well-made and feel good on).

Also, it's not what you asked, but in my experience, sticking to a keto diet for 4 weeks result in dropping a lot of belly and a dress size. Info is on Diet Doctor website.

Would these shoes be ridiculous?
I can't decide whether to go all out and get some louboutin heels in black as an investment or spend less and get something more fun like below?
