The one that is in the media and is sold out everywhere? Is it really that great or is it all a media thing?
I have terrible skin and am desperate for something to fix it!

Hello, if you're looking for a Carbon Theory Charcoal Cleansing Bar of your own, you can grab one from Boots for £6. MNHQ.

I haven't tried it, but if you do get some let me know what you think? I used "clean and clear" face wash and face wipes for years but have now switched to Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser, which is inexpensive in Boots and lasts ages. And I've also bought a Neutrogena light mask, which I think does make spots go away faster. I also like "Vichy Normaderm Anti-Ageing Anti-Blemish Moisturiser". I hope you find something that suits your skin.

If it's in all the media it will be product placement.

You can't fix your skin just with a cleanser anyway. It's only on your skin for seconds, how could it?

If I were you I would call Boots Heathrow or Gatwick and ask them to hold you a bar. I only had an hour and a half round trip to pick up. I would drive and pick up today. If you’ve had spots for 5 years and are currently on prescription you know everything that goes with that. When you have tried EVERYTHING. Only had for less than a week and seeing results.

I got a bar from a local store and have used it two days. My skin now feels tight and dry! Do you use moisturiser afterwards?

Another day no new spots - only spots fading. Stunned really. So far haven’t used any other products ie exfoliater, moisturiser blotters etc etc etc Are you sure you have carbon theory only sold at boots the balance seems right for me but have been looking at skin closely to see when to apply exfoliater ior moisturiser. I will have to put suncream today if going out in sun. I would put definetily put a moisturiser on any areas that feel tight. Pink horse are spots fading and no new. Rinse well today let dry and see if anywhere tight use a little hydrater or moisturiser and see if that helps.

Pink horse you could email carbon theory direct. They have a website and should be able to advise you

I would highly recommended it. I'm not normally one to try new things but my skins been driving me mad and when I saw the reviews when boots posted it on Instagram I ordered it to try. I've been using it for 2 and a half weeks and there's a huge difference in my skin. It's by no means perfect but it's better than anything I've used before and each day there's an improvement! Definitely try it
