Have lost a bit of weight and now none of my bras fit. I remember there used be bra intervention treads here. Could anyone please explain how to measure and what to look for in Bra fitting ? Thanks
Also am very small of boobage - will I damage myself irreparably if I wear those light cute little lacy bralets or should I wear more supportive stuff regardless ?
(Guessing I m a 34 A or AA .
(Currently measure 31.5 inches around bra line and 34 nipple line)
