How do I fix my hand/fingers

They are terrible! It's mainly the skin around my finger nails which is very raggedy (gross info alert: I bite them. A lot.) I need some glorious product that will stop me doing it and let them rejuvenate into something beautiful. Help!

Sally Hansen do a great nail repair liquid. Looks like a clear nail varnish but strengthens, repairs and promotes growth. I swear by it. Can be found in boots.

To give yourself a head start, go treat yourself to a manicure! They can treat your cuticles, polish them up get them looking nice and you'll be more inclined to look after them :)
