Advice please - Cleanser for a 12yr old boy

Good evening

My son has developed a few spots under the skin above his eye (see pic) & also some very small ones on each cheek. He did use a different shampoo in the shower yesterday morning & caught the sun on his cheeks at school. My question please, what cleanser would you suggest for him to use please that’s gentle & wont irritate etc Thank you

Cetaphil comes recommended and I think they also do a sensitive skin face wash.

I use it and my 13 year old uses it after reading good reviews. Super drug and Boots do it I believe. Also ebay and Amazon.

Cetphil leaves a horrible film so I would avoid that.

My DS uses Murad anti blemish face wash which I also use in the mornings, it keeps his face as clear as possible from all the dirt and sweat from the day esp as he insists on a long fringe which doesnt help with forehead spots.

Bulldog is a great and green brand. No parabens and sulphates. My teenager loves their skin wash.
